“Opening Day” tomorrow in CENTRAL PARK.
I love doing the singer/songwriter thing. Even as I make the transition to a career as a playwright, I’m excited about beginning the new season in Central Park.
Okay… SATURDAY will mark the beginning of our 28th year together in Central Park. I’ll crank up about 1:00 and play all afternoon. And since it’s probably gonna be raining in NYC on SUNDAY… we’ll hang out LIVE “online” at 4:00 (eastern). No matter where you you are in the country or the world, you can hang with us on Sunday. Y’know, over this off-season we hung out “online” with fun people from all over New York City, California, Missouri, Montana, Florida, Indiana, West Virginia, The UK, Maine, Georgia, The Netherlands, Croatia, Spain, Slovakia, Ohio, Michigan… even New Jersey. Now, everybody in New York will start to head to Central Park! Sunday… we’ll be right here at your computer.
Y’never know on any given day what kinda magic is gonna happen out there. And in this 28th year… I’m thinking the surprises are just gonna keep coming. We have a lot of music and a lot of LOVE to share.
IF YOU’VE NEVER BEEN OUT THERE WITH ME, here’s a little map to show you where we hang out.
THEN ON SUNDAY!!!
I’ll fire up the live stream and we’ll hang out for a couple of hours!
4:00 (eastern) – 3:00 (central) – 2:00 (mountain) – 1:00 (pacific)

I submitted all the paperwork and paid all the fees for our summer season in Central Park… for every weekend rain or shine, whether the issue our permit or deny it. So… IT’S ON!

We ended 2018 together at Merkin Concert Hall. I got to share the stage again with some of the most extraordinarily talented artists, finest musicians and most beautiful people I know… Teresa Reynolds, George Wirzbach, Chris Tedesco, Dan Paccione and Ryan Cavan.

And we’ll chat about hanging out “online” next Sunday on “The Weekly Show”.
Here at the website I added “The Big Cover Song” from the concert which we used to kick 2018 in the ass as it headed out the door. The ONE cover song we do at the year-end concert! And there are a few other really cool videos from that gig. So… have fun.

I WANNA SAY “THANK YOU” TO EVERYONE WHO HELPS MAKE MY LIFE AS AN ARTIST AS WONDERFUL AS IT IS. NOW…
Please visit my Facebook page and leave comments on anything you want, okay?
Thank YOU for showing up. If you’re new around here… WELCOME! If you don’t follow me on Facebook, go there now and then keep checking back.
Today, I find myself sitting on top of 3 incredible Creative projects that seem to be exploding into the world as I’m writing this: the new play “The Green Room” – the video for the song “Dreamers Like Me” – and the Creation of a NEW MUSICAL… which is the off-spring of the workshopped musical “Possibility Junkie”.
I’m still living this Life with open arms and Love, but ZERO tolerance for people who voted for or continue to support the abomination that is Donald J Trump. As my new song says, “I hope they feel like joining us someday.” But until that day, the rest of us have work to do!!!
Thanks so much for hangin’ out.
