I guess the first thing is that I’m gonna try my best to get out to Central Park this weekend. After that rotten weather day last Saturday, I’m really missing you guys. And we only have 2 more Saturdays left in our outdoor season. So, keep checking back as it gets closer — and keep your fingers crossed.

Next thing. You’re gonna start seeing those posters go up around the Upper West Side and Upper East Side of Manhattan in the next few weeks. Yeah, it’s that time again…

“The Something’th Annual Year End Concert” is coming up already and the tickets are already selling. So call a few friends, make plans to make a night of it, and come hang with me and the usual suspects! We’ll kick the year in that ass as it heads out the door again. (And by that time… we’ll have a new president and this crap will be over!!!)

Y’know, this is the first week of October. “The Something’th Annual Year End Concert” is in the first week of December. That’s gonna come up on us faster than we know… because time feels like it just flies these days. It really does. I mean, I can’t believe we’re here already, just 2 Saturdays from wrapping up our 25th year together in Central Park.

(Weather-permitting) I’ll be out there with you guys this coming Saturday. But this week, why don’t you take a little time to call a few friends and make plans to kick the year in the ass as it heads out the door. I think the theme for this year might be…

“Hey man! We’re gettin’ the band back together!”

Because all your favorites are back on board this year. IT’S GONNA BE A BLAST!!! Give yourself something really, really fun to look forward to. Maybe you can use this week to make plans to end 2016 with us in a beautiful 500-seat theater in the Kaufman Center.

That was a blast! Thanks so much for hangin’ out. We had people in there LIVE online from New York, New Jersey, Amsterdam, Zurich, West Virginia, California… man! Isn’t it amazing? Hope you had a good time. If it was your first time trying this, you should know that we stream LIVE right from “The Hill” in Central Park, too. Now like I told you guys on the show… we have 2 more Saturdays out there in the park, (weather-permitting) and then it’s time for “The Something’th Annual Year End Concert”.

I say this all the time, but there are no words to describe how lucky I feel to have gotten to do what I do with a guitar on my shoulder in the backyard of the town I love… for the past 25 years.
