Saturday was just another day when, over the course of several hours of music, I got to look into a few thousand beautiful, shining faces. No kidding. It’s a feeling that is really hard to describe. All I can say is… Thank you again. (I’ll be back here and on Facebook with a bunch of photos!)

Now, during the week we get together LIVE with sweet, fun people from all across the country and in different parts of the world. We started doing it during the pandemic, but it’s so much fun and we’ve made so many wonderful friends that we’re gonna keep it going. COME JOIN US on Wednesday!

Last year, during the height of the pandemic, we enjoyed a LIVE reading of my newest play “GREEN ROOM”.

Many of you know I’ve been making a transition from a Life as a songwriter to a career as a playwright. I feels like the time is right to sit in the dark with you guys and allow my characters to help hasten the day that “religion” becomes a memory for the human race. A percentage of my work is always dedicated to that goal… but I have my own fun way of making that a reality one day.

The right after that we took a run at a magnificent theatrical experiment and a lot of were a part of it… maybe the most important part. The audience. I assembled a cast of Tony Award winners, veteran actors, exciting newcomers… just incredible artists to take a run at this audacious script.

Hopefully these scripts will soon find a Creative champion to move it, and kick the door open for a few other plays and musicals. I’ll let you all know!!!

After the reading that night we’ll all retreated back to my Facebook page for comments and discussion. It was very cool.

Even though our entire season in Central Park was canceled last year…  we’re making some new and exciting things happen in 2021

So what’s next? Well… today, I find myself sitting on top of 3 incredible Creative projects that seem to be exploding into the world as I’m writing this: two new plays “The Green Room” and “Jack flew” – and the Creation of a NEW MUSICAL… which is the offspring of the workshopped musical “Possibility Junkie”.

No kidding. It’s been more than a year since we wrapped another season in Central Park, another year I had the privilege of being “That Guitar Man from Central Park”. I wanna sincerely thank every single one of you who showed up, even for one day out there at “The Hill” You make me feel like the luckiest man alive. Another Fun Hang

I’ll be at “THE HILL” today!

On a day like today… well, any day… there’s nothin’ like being back where we belong, by The Lake sharing music and laughs with a few thousand people. So I’ll get out to Central Park about 1:00. I usually play all afternoon until 5:30 or until I fall over… whichever comes first.

We’ll start streaming LIVE from Central Park at 3:00 (eastern)

Teresa Reynolds is in town, so I’m thinkin’ she’s comin’ out to “The Hill” where she will most definitely be handed a microphone! Denise, Karen and most of the regulars will be out there as well.

But Dean is on the road so, technology-wise, we’re wingin’ this today.

We’re really enJoying our time hangin’ together LIVE online during the week! We had another fun hang on Wednesday with people from all across the country and around the world. But there’s nothin’ like being back where we belong, by The Lake sharing music and laughs with a few thousand people. So I’ll get out to Central Park about 1:00. Today…

I’ll be at “THE HILL” today!

You know me. I’m not a flag-waver or one to hold a candle in some vigil in Union Square. But a very nice, very decent man named Howard asked me to participate in a sunrise event remembering what happened 20 years ago today. So before I head to Central Park, I’ll be over on The East Side in Carl Schurz Park at 86th Street as a part of a remembrance event at 7:00am.

Last year, during the height of the pandemic, we enjoyed a LIVE reading of my newest play “GREEN ROOM”.

Many of you know I’ve been making a transition from a Life as a songwriter to a career as a playwright. I feels like the time is right to sit in the dark with you guys and allow my characters to help hasten the day that “religion” becomes a memory for the human race. A percentage of my work is always dedicated to that goal… but I have my own fun way of making that a reality one day.

The right after that we took a run at a magnificent theatrical experiment and a lot of were a part of it… maybe the most important part. The audience. I assembled a cast of Tony Award winners, veteran actors, exciting newcomers… just incredible artists to take a run at this audacious script.

Hopefully these scripts will soon find a Creative champion to move it, and kick the door open for a few other plays and musicals. I’ll let you all know!!!

After the reading that night we’ll all retreated back to my Facebook page for comments and discussion. It was very cool.

Even though our entire season in Central Park was canceled last year…  we’ll make some new and exciting things happen in 2021

So what’s next? Well… today, I find myself sitting on top of 3 incredible Creative projects that seem to be exploding into the world as I’m writing this: two new plays “The Green Room” and “Jack flew” – and the Creation of a NEW MUSICAL… which is the offspring of the workshopped musical “Possibility Junkie”.

No kidding. It’s been more than a year since we wrapped another season in Central Park, another year I had the privilege of being “That Guitar Man from Central Park”. I wanna sincerely thank every single one of you who showed up, even for one day out there at “The Hill” You make me feel like the luckiest man alive.
