We kicked off our 28th year together in Central Park.

I submitted all the paperwork and paid all the fees for our summer season in Central Park… for every weekend rain or shine, whether the issue our permit or deny it. So… IT’S ON!

Now, if you want to feel like a part of what we do in a very real, very practical way and you want to help out by throwing as little or as much as you want at the 2019 PERMIT FUND.

Today, I find myself sitting on top of 3 incredible Creative projects that seem to be exploding into the world as I’m writing this: the new play “The Green Room” – the video for the song “Dreamers Like Me” – and the Creation of a NEW MUSICAL… which is the off-spring of the workshopped musical “Possibility Junkie”.

I’m still living this Life with open arms and Love, but ZERO tolerance for people who voted for or continue to support the abomination that is Donald J Trump. As my new song says, “I hope they feel like joining us someday.” But until that day, the rest of us have work to do!!!

A wonderful Saturday in CENTRAL PARK… and LIVE online on Sunday!

I love doing the singer/songwriter thing. Even as I make the transition to a career as a playwright, I’m so excited to be doing what I get to do in Central Park. I’m SUCH a lucky man.

We did it again. BOTH Saturday in Central Park and Sunday LIVE online.

Saturday just happened to be my birthday. I got to spend it doing what I love with a guitar and a whole lotta sweet people with smiling faces. Thousands over the course of the day. Everybody singing… and we turned the path into a dance floor again.

I played a memorial on Sunday for one of “The People on the Hill” who died a few weeks ago, so I was pressed for time by the end of the weekend. I’ll be back this week with photos from Saturday. (And I’ll post them on Facebook as well.)

I was asked to sing something special for one of our special “Hill” friends who died a few weeks ago. So I’ll be at Helen Brackett’s memorial tomorrow afternoon. But then I’ll fly back uptown to fire up the live stream, so we can all hang out for a couple of hours!

5:00 (eastern) – 4:00 (central) – 3:00 (mountain) – 2:00 (pacific)

“The Weekly Show” is the second best thing to actually being in Central Park. I mean, this was “Opening Day” three weeks ago. Look at all the smiling faces. Thousands over the course of the day. Everybody singing… and dancing.

I submitted all the paperwork and paid all the fees for our summer season in Central Park… for every weekend rain or shine, whether the issue our permit or deny it. So… IT’S ON!

Now, if you want to feel like a part of what we do in a very real, very practical way and you want to help out by throwing as little or as much as you want at the 2019 PERMIT FUND.

We ended 2018 together at Merkin Concert Hall. I got to share the stage again with some of the most extraordinarily talented artists, finest musicians and most beautiful people I know… Teresa Reynolds, George Wirzbach, Chris Tedesco, Dan Paccione and Ryan Cavan.

Today, I find myself sitting on top of 3 incredible Creative projects that seem to be exploding into the world as I’m writing this: the new play “The Green Room” – the video for the song “Dreamers Like Me” – and the Creation of a NEW MUSICAL… which is the off-spring of the workshopped musical “Possibility Junkie”.

I’m still living this Life with open arms and Love, but ZERO tolerance for people who voted for or continue to support the abomination that is Donald J Trump. As my new song says, “I hope they feel like joining us someday.” But until that day, the rest of us have work to do!!!

I love doing the singer/songwriter thing. Even as I make the transition to a career as a playwright, I’m so excited to be doing what I get to do in Central Park. I’m SUCH a lucky man.
