When David plays in Central Park, he plays in a section officially called Hearns Head. We call it "The Hill". (It's the yellow dot on the map to the left of the lake.) Sometimes The Hill is booked for something else, and David will play on the other side of the lake at a place called Cherry Hill, what we affectionately called "The Away Game".
By Subway:
You can get to "The Hill" by subway (B) or (C) to 72nd Street or 81st Street - Museum of Natural History and then a few hundred yards into Central Park. You can also take the (1) (2) (3) or (9) trains to 72nd Street and walk over to the Park. [Subway/Bus map]
By Bus:
You can get to "The Hill" by buses (M7) (M10) (M11) (M72) (M79) [Subway/Bus map]. Get off at the point nearest 72nd/79th Street and Central Park West.
By Car:
If you dare to drive, click on the map above and enter your starting point. You will be given directions to Central Park and 72nd Street.
