Wherever you are today, and whatever you're doing ~

Have yourself a beautiful day... living in the moment.

I spent most of yesterday editing video to get it to you today. I figure a lot of you might be sneaking off to a computer or ipad someplace to take a little break from family and friends. And some of you who are spending the day alone might be able to use a little smile.
So here it is... the newest video from "The Something'th Annual Year End Concert".
It might be an example of looking at something which is ostensibly a load of crap and turning it into something fun. And there's a little holiday greeting at the end of the video!

Now I will be back here all week with more video and a few traditions to wrap up this lap around the Sun. Then it's back to work. We've got sooooo many really cool ideas and plans for 2012. Like this possibility as explained by Broadway legend Tony Walton and his wife.

And then there's the new webseries being produced by my pal, Emmy Award-winning filmmaker Dean Love.

As for my next concert...
What do you think? You guys up for a solo, intimate, acoustic night of storytelling, music and laughs? It's a Saturday night... cool?
Saturday Night, March 3 At the Leonard Nimoy Thalia on Broadway @ West 95th Street
That works for me!
I'll let you know the minute tickets will become available. Maybe this week!!!

As the result of sharing all those typically amazing afternoons of music an laughs in the middle of the greatest city in the world, I've become aware that there are always a lot of you checking in from different parts of the country and different parts of the world. For newcomers, here's a little Photo Gallery from this past Summer. Very cool. Maybe you're in there! (It's still growing!)
As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer. - Dean
