Welcome to the website. I know a lot of you check in here from different parts of the country and different parts of the world... mostly because you spent at least one afternoon with me in Central Park.

I'm lucky because I get to do what I do nearly every warm sunny weekend in NYC. This past weekend was no exception. And now, because the internet is making the world a very small campus, I can share images and video and sound from these amazing afternoons here in town.

This week, we got the usual batch of photos sent in from Laura Manske, as well as photos from Arlene, and Sean and guy named David, and others. All of these photos will end up in this year's photo gallery. But here are some images from this last Saturday to start off the new week.

More photos tomorrow. (And maybe some video!)

The new sound system is working out better than I had expected. and his past Saturday was Teresa Reynolds first day of the season. She told me that she would LOVE to be a regular at "The Hill" again this year.

Y'know? It doesn't seem possible, but I kinda forgot how much fun I have and how much absolutely joy I get from singing with her. We have so much fun crankin' out those songs that we all love. And it's pretty obvious from the way she's received out there that you guys all love her, too.

She's gonna be an integral part of the new project as well.

OKAY!!!! Now about the newest project!!!!

In a nutshell, we're putting together something that we hope is headed for Broadway or... Jupiter... or... I don't know. But it's gonna be done someplace. Broadway legend, TONY WALTON, a man who has more Tony Awards and Academy Awards than I have socks, is behind it 100%... so now it's just about getting the right team together and working it. I'll be inviting all of you to another one of those small, unplugged work sessions very soon, so keep checking back. The last 2 filled up in a matter of hours.

Here's a little 10-minute video from Tony and his wife... explaining the project.

And here's a link to visit if YOU wanna be a real part of this process.

THE (entire) DECEMBER CONCERT

For you guys again today... the entire concert... "The Something'th Annual Year End Concert" is here for you to watch. Go make a pot of coffee. Pour yourself some tea or a nice glass of wine and sit back and watch this thing. Plug in some headphones or some earbuds if you feel like it. You can actually jump around and watch different parts o the show.

We had such a great time again this year in that theater!

(The audio got a little funky during Teresa Reynolds' Christmas song... but I'm do everything I can to fix that sooner than later. Check back.)

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
