After a week of sharing music in Mexico, the re-entry process has been completed.
.
Ready to get to work.
In several days or a couple of weeks.... well... really soon... I'll be posting a brand new video along with a whole bunch of information about this new Creative project I've been kinda telling you all about. There will be something you can do to be a part of it in a very real way. It's gonna be a very cool thing.
In the meantime... hmmmm... let's see.
Oh okay.
Remember this name.
TONY WALTON
Tony and his lovely wife Gen.
Tony is a remarkable artist, a good guy and a genuinely authentic human being who was good enough to hang with us at "The Something'th Annual Year End Concert" at Merkin Concert Hall. After that gig, he told me that he's 100% behind the idea of taking the whole "guitar man thing" to a much larger audience. (I'm guessing he's another "possibility-junkie just like me".) I'm kind of encouraged by his enthusiasm for the idea... because... well, when a person has done the kind of work he's done, and worked with the kind of artists he's worked with in his career, and when an artist has won as many Oscars and Tony Awards and Drama Desk Awards as he has... I'm thinking he kind of knows what he's talking about.
So you'll hafta keep checking back at this website over the next few days and weeks.
I'm pretty sure Tony is gonna have something to say... TO YOU!!!
Cool?

Great week!!! But I'm gonna have something to write about AeroMexico very soon... and it ain't good.
In the meantime, if any of you are new here or are checking in today for the very first time, hit "The Archive". Seriously. It's a pretty fun thing to do to go all the way back a few years and check out how thins website was covering and dealing with things that were happening in this great city, in this country and around the world.
There are FREE songs to download, lots of video, all kinda stuff. Have fun.
Here's a Photo Gallery for any newcomers, just to give you a visual of what it is we do in Central Park and on Pier 45 in The Village all summer! (No matter where in the world you're reading this, if you hung out with me you might find your smiling face in this collection!!!)
Here are a couple of different fun galleries to check out.

HAVE FUN TODAY... being one of the Good Guys!!!!!!(And be cool to each other, okay?)
It can feel really good to be one of those people who are enjoying Life and trying to make the world a slightly better place... just by being kind, just by trying to understand, just by speaking an honest opinion of what the Truth might be... just by being cool.
.
Thanks for everything.

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer. - Dean
