BEFORE WE GO ANY FURTHER, I HAVE TO SUGGEST YOU MAKE A POINT OF STOPPING BACK HERE TOMORROW FOR A VERY SPECIAL UPDATE. I NEED TO DEDICATE ONE ENTIRE UPDATE TO SOMETHING THAT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME THIS WEEK.
SO BE SURE TO STOP BACK TOMORROW!
Cool? But for today...
Were you at Barnes & Noble with me last night!!!!
If you were, this is what I was talkin' about. This is the website that you can check every day. there's a new update here almost every day with video, FREE songs to download, cartoons, thoughts, feelings, contests.... all kindsa stuff.
AND this is the place today here you can grab good seats for..
"The Something'th Annual Year-End Concert"
Believe it or not, it's exactly one month from tonight!!! Saturday night December 11th
.
Last night, I had such a cool time hangin' with my friend and colleague Christine Lavin and the other artists who were at the book signing / CD release thing she did. We had a good time and I got to meet some amazing people. As usual, publicist Laura Manske was on hand with her camera so she caught a few moments I can share with you here today on the site. AND she shot some video, so I'll hopefully bring that to you this weekend.
.
The album is called "Just One Angel". It's a kind of holiday, New Year's, Christmas, Chanukah, Kwanza, Solstice... um... music... kinda thang.

.
Like I said, I hope to have the video by this weekend because I'm dedicating the entire update on this website to another subject tomorrow. Please be sure to check back.
For today...
I think this is the perfect day to make sure you have your tickets for the concert in December! I just wrote another brand new song for the concert. I think this is a kind of an amber-waves-of-grain-folk-country song which says something that needs to be said. I'm looking forward to rolling it out at the gig on December 11th.
Here are a couple of ways for you to grab your tickets TODAY!!! I know. I know. You're thinking, "I've got plenty of time to get tickets."
And... you do.
But this might be a good time to start calling some friends, really making plans. Y'know? This thing happens in the second week of December, right around the time so many of you religious-types are celebrating holidays and stuff. It's the time of year when friends start thinking about getting together as one year ends and we turn another page on the calendar.
For me it's just a cool tradition and a chance to share a stage again with some of the most talented, sweetest, funniest artists in New York! So here's the number for the box office if you wanna call them directly to speak with Elizabeth.
212-501-3330
.
Or you can order them online right now...
Click on this banner to grab your tickets right now!

.
So call a few friends, round them up, make plans to make a night of it... and then grab tickets sooner than later!!!
.
Um, one more time -- let's take a look back at this year's "outdoor" season. ' Cause when we fill Merkin Concert Hall and fill it with music and that "It's Just Us" feeling, you can look around and see a lot of the same smiling faces you see around you all summer in Central Park. Here's a photo galleries from this season. This one exists largely because of the enthusiasm and camera work of publicist Laura Manske and others who send in photos. The 2010 gallery will continue to grow as we finish out the year "indoors".
(No matter where in the world you're reading this, if you've ever hung out with me you might find your smiling face in one of the galleries!!!)
