Okay, if you're checking in here from a different part of the country or a different part of the world, all I can say is... try to get to New York City on December 11 this year.
If you're in New York City right now and you're checking in to see if I'm going to be in Central Park tomorrow, the answer is... YES!
One mo' time!
Yeah... yeah it's a rainy, chilly, autumnal day here in The Big Apple. But the rain is gonna blow through by tonight and the Sun will be back tomorrow.

Last weekend we had, well, just one of those golden days at "The Hill". Every time we hang out together by The Lake it's amazing and special. But some days are just golden. Last Saturday was one of those days. So I'm kinda thinkin' about it as "a finale" for the 2010 season.
Tomorrow is gonna kind of be "an encore" and a way for me to say good bye to the "outdoor" season and a way to welcome the new "indoor" season. Probably gonna be a little windy and chilly tomorrow, too. So bring a blanket and a sweater so you can hang until we finish up for another year.
Outdoor season? Indoor season?
Well, yeah... tomorrow will be the last time we get to hang out together in the park. But now we're just about 7 weeks away from...
"The Something'th Annual Year End Concert"
You're not gonna wanna miss this one, or even risk being sold outta this one. We had such a great tome at last year's gig. It's the perfect way for all of us to get together in a beautiful 500-seat theater over by Lincoln Center and just kick another year in the ass as it heads out the door.
I was speaking to a pretty girl in California named Tracy the other day who's never been to one of these concerts. (Actually, to be honest, we were talking about my history of ineptitude at "online dating", and I mentioned a song that I'd written about it which I did with the guys at last year's gig.)
Here's a little clip of INTERNET ANGEL and the kind of fun we have at Merkin Concert Hall every year.

Y'know what?
Before I go any further let me tell you how you can grab tickets right now.
I think you're gonna wanna make a few phone calls today or this weekend. Call a few friends and see if they wanna make a special night of it. It's a Saturday night, right around the holidays so it'll be a sweet reason for you guys to get together for something really fun and uniquely New York.
SATURDAY NIGHT, DECEMBER 11 -- 7:30
Then... call the box office directly and speak with John or Elizabeth. (They're really cool and they're already doing a great job taking care of everyone this year.)

MERKIN CONCERT HALL is a beautiful, 500-seat theater on Manhattan's West side near Lincoln Center. But we turn it into the sweetest tradition like a big living room filled with friends.
Y'see, it's the same feeling that gets generated every Saturday in Central Park... once we get over that grown-up crap.
Here watch.

Now, that other song about "Facebook... Idiot" is still rocketing around the world. As of today, over a quarter of a million people all around the planet are passing it around. (Must struck a chord inside a few people.)

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer. - Dean
