Let me start off by saying.... WHAT A GAME LAST NIGHT!!!!

Okay, another game today.

Welcome to all of you checking in from a different part of the country or a different part of the planet.

Here in New York City I have two questions... okay, 3 questions.

First...

Did you dry out after all that rain in the last 2 days?

The Sun is out today, so it sets up my second question.

Am I gonna see you in Central Park today?

Listen... this is the end of the "outdoor" season of 2010. After today, the next time I get to see all of you will be at Merkin Concert Hall on December 11. So, that brings me to my third question.

Are calling a few friends and heading to the concert this year? (More about the concert in a minute. But back to today.)

It's gonna be a little bit breezy by The Lake today and the Sun will be like a few of my gay friends in the 80s... in and out.

I mean, it'll be like a warm Spring day in the sunshine. But as soon as the Sun goes behind the clouds, behind the trees or as it dips behind the buildings on Central Park West, it will suddenly feel like the Thanksgiving Day Parade is about to start.

So bring a sweater, a little blanket or a loved one you can snuggle with and we'll all say good bye together. I'm really looking forward to a sweet day, hangin' out with my guitar on my shoulder one more time.

Then... I'd love it if you help me say good bye to another wonderful year being "That Guitar Man from Central Park".

It's time to move it indoors again!!!!

Listen, we're kinda having a few technical problems with our email system here at the website. I'm gonna see if The Evil Genius, James Marino, will be able to work out a new way of reaching all of you beautiful people. In the meantime, I'm gonna hafta ask for your help.

Would you pass the word around and tell as many people as you can about the gig in December? Pass it around to all your friends!!!

You can get tickets for "The Something'th Annual Year End Concert" at Merkin Concert Hall right now... TODAY!!!!.

THE TICKETS ARE ON SALE!!!!!

You can call the box office all week ~

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
