Once again, this year it's on a Saturday night!!! That's so cool. It's a great time to get together with a whole bunch of friends and hang out in a beautiful music venue right near Lincoln Center in Manhattan.
It's "The Something'th Annual Year End Concert" and it's on December 11th.

Well, I promise only one thing... there won't be any songs about the Chilean miners at this year's gig at Merkin Concert Hall. I did, however, wake up with an idea for a brand new song that I might just roll out with the band at this show.
AND!!!!! We're streaming this show LIVE all around the world again. So there just might be a YouTube moment or two. I mean, that's what happened with "Facebook is a Stupid Idiot" and nearly a half a million views later, it's still going!!!

When we fill Merkin Concert Hall and fill it with music and that "It's Just Us" feeling, you can look around and see a lot of the same smiling faces you see around you all summer in Central Park. Here are a couple of photo galleries from this season and last. These photo galleries exist largely because of the enthusiasm and camera work of publicist Laura Manske and others who send in photos, and the 2010 gallery will continue to grow as I add more photos over the next few days.

I mean, 8 albums later and a whole bunch of songs like "Facebook..." and "You Might Be Her" and "Hey American" and others that never made it into a collection... every year I know I'm not gonna get 'em all in. So why don't you start thinkin' about it and send me the songs that you'd like to hear and sing along to.
