Once again, I feel like the luckiest man alive. I really do.
I love you guys.
Okay, so it was a little ridiculous, standing behind that fence. But I was told earlier in the week that it would be down in time for us to hang out. I was a little bit surprised by the end of the week to see that it was still up. Still... I like to make the best of bad situations.

Make sure you stop by tomorrow and all week for photos and maybe some video from Saturday. We'll see how the week goes. If you're one of the newcomers who signed the email book, I promise that I will enter your address in the system sometime this week. (You don't hafta worry. I'm one of those guys who hates spam just like you. I only send out a message once in a while, when an event is coming up or there's a new song you might get a kick out of.)
And here -- THIS IS THE VIDEO I WAS TELLING YOU ABOUT IN THE PARK. It was the debut of the song I sang yesterday about facebook. I think you're gonna wanna watch this video, right up until the very, very end... and then share it with everyone you know who might feel the same way!
Actually, even people who are really into facebook are getting a kick of this!

Oh, oh, oh... you also might wanna just hit this page and become, y'know... become... a "fan". (I feel sooooo ridiculous saying that. but we live in a strange time.)
As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer. - Dean
