I love hangin' in town when everybody else has left!
And, I'm serious... I'm with you. Or you're with me if you wanna be. I'm gonna head to Central Park today and put my guitar on my shoulder and hang out with a few hundred or a couple of thousand of my closest friends.
Here's hopin' the weather holds out. (I have a good feeling about it today. I think we'll see the Sun this afternoon and the rain will hold off until tonight.)
So if you're reading this and you're not in a different part of the country or a different part of the world, I hope I get to see you today. I'm gonna be back at the original spot... the place I call home, the place we call "The Hill".
Here's a little map that will help you find us in New York City's beautiful 843 acre backyard.

Oh, and listen... couple of things.
You can still check out my exclusive story about the "Solar Disaster", the great sunlight spill of 2010, by clicking on this link. And I made a video a couple pf days ago when that Spiritually bankrupt, intellectually challenged phony from Alaska -- Sarah Palin of "Drill, Baby, Drill" fame... had the nerve to open her silly mouth and make a comment about the ongoing disaster in the Gulf of Mexico. You can see that by clicking here.
BUT THIS IS THE NEWEST VIDEO THAT'S REALLY BEEN MAKING IT'S WAY AROUND THE INTERNET!!!

OKAY, NOW!!!!
Maybe you're reading this because it's later in the day and you were in Central Park with me today. If that's the case I wanna tell you to check back tomorrow and every day, okay? We have a lot of fun around here.
.
Tomorrow, maybe I'll have some photos or some video from today.
In the meantime, if you're new around here are the links for 2 galleries.
As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer. - Dean
