Hey welcome to the website!

Sorry about no update the last couple of days. I've been busy with sooooo many things...... related and completely unrelated things. Tough to explain. When you're an artist like I am, and what form of storytelling your life is about all depends on what day it is.... it's tough to explain.

BUT!

Welcome to the website for Wednesday!

In Monday's update, I gave you guys a little taste of the music of a man who's gonna share the stage with me a week from this Friday night, Mr. George Wurzbach. Today, I'm gonna give you another song... the one he performed at last December's concert in Merkin Concert Hall.

Hey listen! Right up front!

If you haven't gotten tickets yet, try to get them this week. I'm gonna check with the box office today or tomorrow to see how many are still available.

If you've waited this long to grab tickets, the really good news about this gig is that it's general admission and there truly is not a bad seat in this house. It's a lot more intimate than the 500-seat Merkin Hall.

This time we're gonna be in THE LEONARD NIMOY THALIA on Broadway at 95th Street.

Here's a little sample of the kind of thing George might share with us in about a week and a half.

Click on the photo for the LIVE track.

We were in Ultrasound Studio on Monday for the first time to run some of the BRAND NEW, NEVER BEFORE HEARD songs that we're gonna do at this gig. It's a blast to get into a room with these wonderful people. George Wurzbach, Ryan Cavan, Nelson Montana and the beautiful and talented Teresa Reynolds.

And at this gig, fiddle player Chris Tedesco is gonna join us again!!!!

But this time, ordering tickets is a little bit different!

This theater is a lot more intimate than Merkin Hall and there isn't a bad seat in the house. It's really gonna feel very, very cool. If you get tix in advance, ALL seats are only $25. If you wait until the day of the show, all seats are $30. So, save yourself five bucks and get them in advance!

You can get them online right now by clicking on this banner:

Wanna have a few smiles today for absolutely no reason at all?

Let me share a few moments with you from "The Something'th Annual Year-End Concert". This past December, I got to share a stage again with some of the most talented, generous, sweetest, open-hearted, genuinely coolest artists on the planet.... people I am also lucky enough to call "friends".

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
