WHAT A DAY!!!

Hey! Tonight... wanna be in on a "world debut" of a brand new song!?

(Just means I'm gonna try out the song I've been working on this week in front of an audience for the first time.)

If you're gonna be in town tonight, we might have fun seein' if this new puppy has any legs. (More about that further down the page.)

Damn! I love this town all year. But, New York City in the spring is an amazing thing of beauty. I mean... everybody starts to lose the laundry a little!

Makes me start really thinkin' about another season in Central Park.

.

BUT!

That won't be until mid-May!

So... we're getting together before then!!! Like we did this past December!

The concert is on Friday Night APRIL 30th

Don't miss this gig! Seriously. We laugh as much as we sing. And I have at least 3 BRAND NEW SONGS to fly past you guys! I'll do a bunch of solo acoustic stuff. But, then I get to share a stage again with George Wurzbach, Teresa Reynolds, Nelson Montana, Ryan Cavan and at this concert, fiddle player-mandolin player Chris Tedesco is gonna join us again.

More about that concert a little further down the page.

BUT HERE'S A LAST MINUTE THING!!!

TONIGHT!

I'm gonna debut a brand new song!!! I was asked to be the guest artist at a very cool little New York thing called MetroJam.

It's a little bit different than the kind of thing I normally do. But, I'm sure it's gonna be a blast. It's down at one of the newer music venues in this town called "The Metropolitan Room"... more of a cabaret and show tunes kinda place.

But, since I was asked to do a little 3-song set, I thought I would use it to make the WORLD DEBUT OF MY NEW SONG... the one I told you I was working on all this week.

(I can't tell you the title yet.)

.

But, it's a song about...

See you down there.

I'll let you know if we're gonna stream this concert LIVE so that you can be a part of it, too! (One of these days soon, we'll be doing interactive shows in which you'll be able to request songs from wherever in the world you are!!! Who knows? Maybe James, the Evil Genius, will be able to figure that out for this gig!)

Either way... THIS ONE is gonna be fun.

The concert is Friday night, April 30th at 7:30 and it's gonna be a blast!!!!!!

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
