I know an awful lotta you are checkin' in here from different parts of the country and different parts of the world. Maybe I met you in Central Park while you were in town.
.
Maybe we shared some music and laughs in the Caribbean or in Germany or some place else. But, welcome to the website.
Yeah, it felt like a long winter.
Here in New York City, Spring finally got here and we're gonna get together one more time "indoors" to celebrate.
Actually, it's just another excuse for me to have a good time again and share a stage with some amazing artists like I did this past December.
So... DON'T MISS THIS ONE! (I'll give you a way to grab tickets sooner than later a little bit further down the page!)
Here are a couple of really fun video clips from that gig to say goodbye to 2009.

Now, we're gonna do it again!
The brilliant and slightly insane George Wurzbach, the beautiful and talented Teresa Reynolds, youngblood hippie drummer Ryan Cavan, the finest bass player I've ever worked with Nelson Montana and quite possibly some other amazing guest artists... we're gonna get together, make it up as we go along, and have a blast again.
FRIDAY NIGHT - APRIL 30TH - 7:30
At...
The Leonard Nimoy Thalia On Broadway@ 95th Street
.
I'm gonna be with most of the kids in the band like I was at the "Year End" gig last December.
If you were there, you KNOW what a blast we had. If you missed it.... don't miss this one!

It's wonderful feeling to know who you are and what you're meant to be doing in this world.
If you're new around here, you might wanna start wit this little gallery of photos from last summer which were shot my Laura Manske and others that lots of people have sent in to the website.
As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer. - Dean
