Kickin' the year in the ass as it heads out the door!
Even if you're reading this in a different part of the country or a different part of the world, I'm guessing you've been to New York City and have spent at least one afternoon with me in Central Park.
So... THANKS!
Here's another FREE download for you guys!!!

Well, we're just about to say good bye to 2009.
You guys know me... I'm the guy who sings "This Moment" so you know how I feel about the illusion of "time".
But since it is an inherently human thing to do... trying to make some kind of sense out of eternity, we mark years. And I have to admit, I do kind of enjoy the idea of looking back over my shoulder at the passing year (without staring) and looking ahead to the coming "lap around the Sun" with hope in my heart and possibility all around me.
I need to thank every single person who hung out with me for even one afternoon in Central Park his past season.
Sincerely.
Every single one of you.
I'm so grateful for all of the memories that will forever be locked in my heart -- the experiences that ultimately make up a Life... my Life as "That Guitar Man from Central Park".
Here's one memory, a spontaneous moment, from this past summer that has to rank up there with the best of them.

Listen...
Seriously, this was another typically amazing year for me.
I write songs and I sing them for people. That's what I do.
I love my life.
But, I couldn't do what I do without all the beautiful people around me. And that means YOU if you're here reading this right now.
Thanks.

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer. - Dean
