Yesterday's thought has morphed into a way that you win a bunch of music for FREE!
I'm serious.
It's the first contest we've done here at the website in a long time. And, this one is gonna be fun! You can win a 6 CD set of music and a "Crazy on the Same Day" baseball cap, just by being a little nuts.... or sick... or stupid, or clever. ("There's a fine line between clever... and... stupid.")
If you already have all the music, just enter the contest for fun. Or if you win... Ha! Save yourself some money on last-minute holiday gifts!!!
(It's just a little further down the page.)
If you're new around here you're showing up at a great time. Okay, you missed the summer season when we hang out together in Central Park.

But if you're here in New York City during the second week of December, you're still in town at a great time because that's when we kick 2009 in the ass as it heads out the door at "The Something'th Annual Year End Concert"
This year we'll be doing a whole bunch of new songs from the latest album, and I'll be joined on stage by favorites George Wurzbach, Ryan Cavan, Nelson Montana, Chris Tedesco, Cenovia Cummins and Dave Marcus. Gonna be a blast!

You're not gonna wanna miss this one. We laugh as much as we sing. This year it's on a SATURDAY NIGHT - - December 12th.

Okay now... THE CONTEST!
All you're gonna hafta do is come up with your own caption to one of my Photoshop images. I call this one...
.
It was inspired by part of Sarah Palin's interview with Oprah Winfrey that was released this week. The contest was inspired by sheer exhaustion and silliness after creating the image.
Here...
Click on this banner to find out how to make up your own caption , enter the contest and win stuff.

Thanks for everything.

Closed for 2009! See you in 2010!
David is available for private parties and events. Please call 646-224-8162 for fees and availability.
As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer. - Dean
