The Yankees win!!! Thhhuuuuuuuhhh Yankees win!!!!

What a night up in The Bronx! I was up at the stadium thanks to my friend Andrea from "The Hill" in Central Park when the boys of summer won their first World Series Championship since 2000. I'll be back tomorrow with a quick video to help share the moment up at the stadium with all of across the country and in different parts of the world.

.

And, here's a little piece of information about human energy and a crowd of 50,315 people who are that pumped.

THAT NEW STADIUM ROCKS LIKE THE OLD HOUSE!!! Literally rocks!

Very cool.

I will have some original video for all of you guys from the stadium last night. It was an electric night.

(It was the shoes) - - - - don't ask!

Y'know? Yesterday, a friend of mine who's a Mets fan and hates the Yankees more than anything on earth emailed me this photo with a note that said, "Go Phillies!" (Takes a lot for a Mets fan to write that!)

And it's kind of a clever piece of Photoshop.

.

But

.

Late last night, I had to do my own little piece of Photoshopping and send it back. Because...

Well, we all remember how that movie ended, right?

And, okay.

One last time.

We get to say "Good Bye" and "Thank You" to the Good Luck Girls for 2009.

Good bye "Good Luck Girls"

And congratulations to The Philadelphia Phillies. Until last night, they were the defending champions and they got to the big dance again. That's really so incredibly hard to do 2 years in a row. And they played a couple of extraordinarily tough, gritty games during this series. Right now, they're the second best team in baseball. That doesn't suck.

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
