I'm watching the satellite imagery to see if there's any chance we might be able to hang out in Central Park one more time before the season is officially over.
Man! What a year!

But first... WHAT A GAME LAST NIGHT!!!
And congratulations to the Angels for a gritty win.
We got us a playoff goin' on! The Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim(ridiculous name) hung very tough yesterday and won a very hard-fought game. So the Yankees need a big game from C.C.Sabathia today.
Onto today's update...
Gotta start right off with a repeat of yesterday's commercial message for "The Something'th Annual Year End Concert" which is coming up in about 8 weeks.

More about the concert in a minute. But, yeah.... Teresa Reynolds and Janet Kirker are gong to be sharing the stage with me this year.
HERE RE THE WEEKEND'S PHOTOSHOP IMAGES!
Just because Dick Cheney is in his underground lair avoiding prosecution for war crimes doesn't mean that the people of Reason and Goodness in this country can stop paying attention.

And you can always hit the "Archive" to see how I feel about these people.
'at's enough to send a chill up your spine, hah?
I have a feeling his creation is going to be more dangerous than her creator... mostly because Liz Cheney doesn't physically appear to be more evil than her dear ol' dad. And, Beck and O'Reilly actually got their own songs!
Okay... back to the music.
Hey! How'd you like the little e-trade baby spot!? I just wanna think of a few more fun ways to give you guys the box office phone number to call for tickets for the gig in December.
Or... click on this banner to order tickets online right now!
I'm gonna be joined on stage again by George Wurzbach, Nelson Montana, Ryan Cavan... crowd favorites Dave Marcus and Janet Kirker. And this year we'll be joined by singer Teresa Reynolds and rap artist JC Hall. (I'm hoping to feature one of the amazing violinists who appeared on the new CD, Cenovia Cummins.)
Alright, I'm gonna get out of here now.
I've got a whole lotta work to do to corral all the artists.... kinda gotta give 'em at least a rough sketch of what the night's gonna look like in December. (Yeah, we always make it up as we go along. But, it's important to point everybody at the same runway so we can all take off together!)
See you back here tomorrow with another update. Check back all week to see if we're gonna make it out to Central Park again this coming Saturday.
Thanks for everything.
PEACE

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer. - Dean
