HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SUE!(She's one of my 4 beautiful sisters!)
Okay... hey, welcome to all my friends in different parts of the world and in different parts of this country. Got a little video here for you today. AND an updated version of yesterday's Photoshop image. (This one I'm kinda hoping you download for yourself and then email it all around the world.
But, to kick things off today... I don't know what the weather is like where you are. But, last night here in New York City... IT WAS 42 DEGREES!!!
(What the hell was that about!?)
I was up at Yankee Stadium and it was ridiculous!!! By the 8th inning, gotta say.... it was f*cking cold!!! But, the boys came away with a win in Game One of the ALCS.
So, no. It ain't lookin' like we're gonna get to Central Park today. Might not get there next week either. Then the following week is the running of the NYC Marathon, so NOTHING else goes on in the park that weekend.

I guess this is signaling the end of another amazing year of music and laughs outdoors! But seriously, what a great, great year. I met so many beautiful people from all across this country and from around then world. I got to hang out with real New Yorkers and be a real part of this amazing town for another entire season.
So, now we're looking forward to "The Something'th Annual Year End Concert"
But, before we get to that, I wanted to give you the revised and improved version of yesterday's Photoshop image. I get such a kick out of doing these things and then having you guys download them, copy them, and send them all around the internet. Sometimes they come back to me like a message in a bottle. Very cool.
I even visited somebody's office one time and saw one of my original images printed out and hanging in the cubicle of a person I didn't know. (And, I walked by them without them knowing that I was the nutjob who spent hours creating it. Made me smile.)
Well, here's another. Wanna talk about a "Tea Party"? Here's one for you. Have fun!
I think the caption should read: "Shhhh... I know these guys secretly think I'm an ass, too!"

* I have a feeling if O'Reilly saw this image with him sitting in the back of the cup and the newest buffoon on Fox sitting up front in the spotlight, he'd... um.... seethe, and visibly shake with anger like he does.
Okay...
LET'S GET BACK TO TALKING ABOUT GOOD PEOPLE WE ACTUALLY LIKE!
Here's a quick re-posting of a really fun video from Central Park this past season, just so you can shake off the thought of people like Beck, Carlson and O'Reilly!
If it made you smile, send the link to all your friends and family around the world and let them share part of your day in Central Park.
Back to the music!!!

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer. - Dean
