Okay. I feel like a broken record on the days following another day out there, being "That Guitar Man from Central Park" for one more day.
But... were you out there with me yesterday!?
What a day!!!!!
Even late in the day when these photos were taken, we had such a great crowd of New Yorkers, and people from across the country and around the world.

Listen...
YOU HAFTA COME BACK TO THIS WEBSITE IN A LITTLE WHILE!
I'm just gettin' started about yesterday! I'm gonna have lotsa video, more photos... and I wanna hear from you if you were out there with me! HIT THIS LINK to shoot me an email and tell me what kinda day YOU had out there with me in Central Park. (It was a pretty cool day, right?)
There are no words to describe how lucky I feel to live the life I'm livin' and to be able to share my music and thoughts with all of you as often as I do. I honestly don't know of another independent artist who has the kind of amazing gig that I've got goin' in my little hometown.
(And... y'know... my little hometown happens to be... um... NEW YORK CITY!)

I mean, yesterday song after song... you guys all singing together, the weddings, the rowboats, Sid Bernstein, the TV commercial. And of course.... there was more skipping.

My ol' buddy, David Marcus was back up from Maryland this weekend and he jumped in on a few songs. The entire crowd did a very cool version of The Beatles' "Hey Jude" that you could hear on the other side of The Lake. All in all, just another typically amazing day.
So yeah.... check back in a little while.
Oh listen!
There are 2 music videos on YOUTUBE right now where the rhetoric in the comments section is getting really interesting. (YES! The people of the fear-driven and Spiritually bankrupt Right Wing of this country are getting louder.)
So, why don't you take a few minutes today to check out these songs for the first time, or watch 'em again, and leave your own comment. I'm tellin' you, I feel badly for a lot of these people. I can't imagine what it's like to live in that world. I really can't. Damn! What they're missing! But, it doesn't help the atmosphere when Good people remain silent.)
So... go! Have fun speaking honestly.
Get in there and mix it up with the other kids! Be heard! Leave a thought or a comment. People all across the country and around the world are on YouTube. Have fun in there. (But be cool, okay?)

HERE'S ANOTHER!
This one is a lot more fun, because it's about the jackass that I call "The Pillsbury Doughboy of Patriotism"

Seriously... go in there, read a few of the comments, and have fun. (It's amazing hat's goin' out there in other parts of this country!) But, be cool. Remember, we're the Good Guys.

Okay, hey...
THE NEW ALBUM IS HERE AND YOU CAN GET IT RIGHT NOW!

I'm gonna try to figure out a way to really celebrate it's arrival. Maybe we'll just make the "Year-End Concert" in December a kind of "release party" as well as the fun tradition that gig is every year! It's gonna be swell to get all the artists on stage with me to play this thing LIVE.
Here are A few 2-minute clips from the CD:
KEEP HOPE ALIVE
MARY LEARNS TO FLY
ANY OTHER WAY
Okay...
I'll definitely be back here tomorrow with another new update. Keep checkin' back, okay? If you're new around here, or if you're checking in from a different part of the country or a different part of the world, take a few minutes (or hours) to browse through the ARCHIVE. Lotsa cool shit in there.
Keep showing up guys.
And, I hope you guys here in NYC are already thinking about the friends with which you're gonna share the "Year-End Concert" - SATURDAY NIGHT, DECEMBER 12TH. (Yeah, it's a long way off. But this is gonna be a special one this year!)
See you back here in little while, and hopefully in the park next Saturday!
Thanks again.
