Welcome to the website.

And... welcome to June.

In Central Park this past Saturday, we closed out May in style, hah?

If you were out in Central Park later in the afternoon, come back to this site a little bit later today. I'm gonna post one of those "Hey World!" videos... one of those videos at which you can point your friends and family across the country and around the world.

That'll be up in a little while.

If you were out there with me.... thanks again.

Swell day.

Here at the website, believe it or not I'm already getting write-in suggestions for the title of the new CD. I haven't even started the survey, yet. Yeah, I've been telling you all that I'm in the studio this summer recording a new CD. Well, I'm gonna leave the chore of naming the album up to you guys.

Here are the tracks that made it onto the CD.

1. Any Other Way
2. Here Today
3. Internet Angel (Original)
4. What Made America Famous
5. Mary Learns to Fly
6. I Can't Wait (unplugged)
7. Some Wounds Never Heal
8. Tom Cruise Scares Me
9. Did You Fall in Love Again (unplugged)
10. The Torture Song
11. Keep Hope Alive
12. This Moment

Starting sometime this week, I'll be posting the possible choices for a title. I'm gonna leave it up to you guys. I'll post 5 choices and you get to vote for the title of the new CD. (Start thinking about it. You'll even be able to send in a write-in vote.)

In other news, I heard that the Queen of England is a little bit pissed off she wasn't invited to an anniversary celebration of the allied invasion of Normandy. (I personally think she just hasn't been the same since my encounter with her a few months ago.)

Listen...

I gotta get back to work. Gotta schedule the studio session s to get the next CD done. AND, I just found out about a new system for getting the music to you without actual CDs. So, as I find out more about that I'll be talking about it here.

Keep0 checking back

See you later.

And hopefully, I'll see you in Central Park this coming weekend.

Thanks for everything.

PEACE

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
