Hopefully I'll be hangin' with all of you in Central Park very soon.
Hopefully we're talkin' about Saturday, May 2
I got a phone call yesterday from The Parks Department and there might be a couple of problems this year. But, we'll deal with it. We might hafta move to "The Away Game" hill for a while. (I still have a feeling this is gonna be a fascinating and fun year out in the park.)
Oh listen.
"March, maybe... I don't believe April."
"March is a green muddy month down below..."
I hafta post this. (Don't ask why.)
"I hope... you will fare well."
HEY!!!!
I'm gonna head up to the new Yankees Stadium this week with the guy from "The Hill" I call David Yankee. I'm kinda jazzed.

Like I said the other day, this is gonna be a fascinating year in Central Park.
Well, for one thing... I have a feeling the way things are in this country right now, we're all gonna need each other's company. And, I have a feeling more and more people will start to join us - those of us who've always found real joy in the simple things. A beautiful day in New York City's own back yard, smiling faces, music made from a piece of wood strung with silver wire.
I'll get back into the "Feud with Stephen Colbert" during the coming week. (I'm actually working n a brand new song. I hope to have something for you guys to listen to by the end of the week.) Here's a new link to the STEPHEN COLBERT FEUD GALLERY.
As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer. - Dean
