Welcome to the website for today!

Welcome to everybody checkin' in here from a different part of the country or a different part of the world. Here in NYC, we've got a concert comin' up and we all get to hang together ONE WEEK from tonight! Merkin Concert Hall on West 67th Street!

Okay, so.... who's the luckiest man alive!?

I mean, I hope all of you feel like you're the luckiest person on the planet. That's how it oughta be. But, me?

Damn!

Y'know, I never have much money. Sure I wish my music could touch just... um... about a few million more people. Still - New York City, the town that I love so much, has something called a "Guitar Man from Central Park". It just constantly blows me away that it's .... me!

Okay, so...

ONE WEEK FROM TONIGHT!

THE RETURN TO MERKIN CONCERT HALL

Y'know, like I've been telling you here at the site for the past few days, I'm just getting over the re-entry process after a week-long gig down in Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo, Mexico. What a week! Seriously.

And, now back in town to begin a countdown to Spring. (This season in Central Park, I'm gonna be followed around a lot by an Emmy Award-winning filmmaker who wants to make a movie about what I do. (A little weird for me, but I guess it's cool to be living a Life somebody might wanna make a movie about!)

Anyway... if you come to the gig next Thursday night, February 26th, you'll probably be a part of the film. He's gonna begin shooting at this event.

Here - before I take anymore of your time today.... call a few friends and order your tickets right now online. Click on this banner!

This is gonna be a fun show. You can also call the box office directly today between noon and 7:00 to grab seats.

(212) 501-3330

Don't get sold outta this one. George Wurzbach is joining me on stage again, as well as Ryan Cavan, David Marcus, Janet Kirker and Chris Tedesco. We had such a good time in December and we're gonna do it again. If you missed the "Year-End" gig, don't miss this one. Or, if you were at that concert.... LET'S DO IT AGAIN!

Okay, I'm outta here. I have things to do.

Um.... I met an awful lotta swell people south of the border. Besides being a self-described "possibility-junkie", I was explaining to one woman that I'd also become a photoshop-junkie. You can hit the "Archive" here and search through hundreds of updates. A lot of cool stuff here at the site. FREE songs. Cartoons.

But, Here's one of my favorites. I call it...

"The Pope Goes Yard" at Yankees Stadium

Okay, outta here.

Grab those tickets today.

See you in one week!

Thanks for everything

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
- Dean
