Hey! If you were at H.I. New York Performance Hall last night, I already said this to you from the bottom of my heart. But...

THANKS SO MUCH!

Kinda had that same feeling as out on "The Hill" in Central Park during the summer, didn't it? Y'know, that "it's just us" feeling.

Oh, and since that room was FILLED with open-hearted, reasoned, like-minded people... um... well, sure.... I guess I can share this with you one more time. This is the Photoshop image I mentioned during the concert last night.

(But, if you don't think the headlines are funny, it's cool. Don't get all pissed off. It's just my kind of very pointed poke at the Truth. I've got a list of "character flaws" as long as your arm! Relax.)

And last night... outside of the fact that because it was the first day of shooting the movie, and I'm a bonehead... and soon THE WHOLE DAMNED WORLD is gonna know where "The Perfect Diner" is located - - I had another typically amazing time.

And, later on at the diner... Sid, Anthony, Katie, Debbie, Allie, Cassie, David, Dean, Walter, Elodie, Laura, Kara, Minna, Rhea, Lodi... Mario the Waiter!

Damn!

I'm a lucky man.

BUT... like I said last night, I'm gonna need ALL of you to fill up that theater at the end of February when we make out "Return to Merkin Hall".

' Cause, I'm heading back to that great venue with the rest of "the boys"!

If you were at "The Something'th Annual Year End Concert" you met these guys and you know what a blast we have on stage.

I'll be making an announcement this week when the tickets are gonna go on sale. Start thinking about the friends you wanna call to invite to this thing. It's gonna be a great way to divide the winter. Y'know?

SERIOUSLY - if you're planning to come to the concert at Merkin Concert Hall, start thinking about a bunch of friends you can bring with you, okay!? Make it a night out....a field trip!

We'll head back to Merkin Concert Hall on Thursday night, February 26th. Then after that, we just gotta get through March and April and we'll be heading back to Central Park for year 18 together at "The Hill".

Amazing.

So, check back tomorrow and all week, okay?

I'll announce tickets sales really soon.

Hey, it's late at night right now.... or early in the morning... so, I'm gonna crash now.

See you here tomorrow!

See you at Merkin Hall on February 26th.

Thanks again!

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
- Dean
