C'mon! Help me retire a whole bunch of songs that I've written over the past 8 years of this nightmarish presidential administration... songs that I don't EVER wanna hafta sing again!!! I'm probably gonna share some stories behind the music and the lyrics... give you a little insight into how wacky the process has been inside my brain in response to the kind of insanity we've all witnessed during the Bush years! Besides, I just wanted to do something to celebrate this presidential new inauguration... AND have a reason to hang with all of you again in the middle of the winter.

I told you I'd let you know if this thing was getting closer to a sell-out. Well, I don't know how many people are just gonna walk-up tonight. But right now there are about 50 seats left. So, you can either get your name on the list at the door right now or you can just show up tonight with a $20. Either way, we'll make sure everybody gets in who wants to.
