Ah, Sunday. Sittin' back and enjoying Sunday.

You guys getting back to work tomorrow?

I guess today is kinda the unofficial last day of the holidays for 2008. I mean, it was a weird week last week with New Year's Eve falling on a Wednesday night. Hope you had a fun and relaxing holiday season. Now, it's time for me to really get back to work. (Not a bad thing when you love your work.)

But, you guys... really enjoy today, okay?

Here's something that I wish I had done. But, a regular here at the website named Vicki sent this in and I thought you'd get a kick out of it. It's pretty clever.

TWO THINGS TODAY!

Okay, I need to start off today by telling you how you can grab seats for "The 8 Year Concert" in 3 weeks... and then ask you all a question about the following concert in February or early March.

Okay, first... you guys know that over the last 8 years I've been compelled to write songs like:

... and so many others.

Well, I wanna retire a whole bunch of these songs that I will never hafta sing again!!!

So, let's have some fun doing it!

But also... today, could you take the time to hit the "Contact" button and let me know your feelings about something? I hafta plan the next concert that will follow-up "The 8-Year Concert" on Saturday night, January 24th.

Now, I was thinkin' that I might be cool to head back to Merkin Concert Hall where we had "The Something-th Annual Year End Concert" in December. Were you there? If you were, I hope you had at least half as good a time as me and the boys had on stage that night. (I have a feeling everybody in the house was really glad they were there!)

Here's the question:

DO WE GO BACK TO MERKIN CONCERT HALL ON A WEDNESDAY NIGHT, THURSDAY NIGHT or on an EARLY SUNDAY START TIME? (Like 4:00)

OR - -

DO WE LOOK FOR ANOTHER VENUE FOR A SATURDAY NIGHT?

Let me know how you guys feel about it.

But, make sure to call some friends this week and make plans to hang out with me on Saturday night, January 24th. That's gonna be a feel-good night... I can tell already. I might have a few surprises for you as well.
