Were you at the concert last night?

.

.

THANK YOU

.

.

Seriously.... what a great time! And listen, I saw all those cell phone cameras clickin'. I know some of you were probably even shooting video from the audience and recording it! That is all sooooo cool!

Just make sure you send me some of those files so I can post them here on the website to let other people in on the party... people who couldn't be there last night because they live in different parts of the country and different parts of the world.

Seriously... thank you for last night. I'm gonna be getting more into the gig last night starting tin tomorrow's update,

.

I will be back soon. I'm spending today decompressing and flipping the sign! I have a very personal tradition. It's something that happens deep within me and in my heart right around this time every year. And, it happens today. I call it...

...flippin' the sign.

That just means that a little switch gets flipped inside me and I stop worrying about anything for the rest of this year. (Well I'm not much of a worrier, anyway.) BUT NOW... it's all about kickin' back and having fun. Flip the sign. "I'm closed" to anything but fun and smiles. Whatever happens... happens.

.

We hit the stage last night and made it up as we go along like I do in Central Park. I got to hang with all of you, and share the stage with George and Ryan and Chris and our friend from "The Hill" David Marcus.

Who's the luckiest man alive?

I am. And I know it.

.

And, hey! Seriously...

.

.

.

...Thanks again.

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
