Welcome to Friday.
Got an exclusive photo here today, from Joe Biden's visit to the Vice Presidential residence that Dick Cheney and his wife have been occupying for the last 8 years. (Further down the page.)
But first...
HEY!
The box office at Merkin Concert Hall is open today from noon until around 4:00 and they're closed all day tomorrow. (But, open again Sunday)
So, if you wanna call directly to grab some tickets for "THE SOMETHING-TH ANNUAL YEAR END CONCERT" you can do it today.... or you can get 'em online as well.

Click on this banner to order tickets online.
This show is gonna be a blast, the feeling in that hall is always a genuinely Good, Good feeling. I'm really looking forward to it already. We laugh as much as we sing. It's just cool.
Brings some friends and make it your reason to get together before the end of the year. It's a Saturday night. Go have dinner and wrap it up with a concert. Or, come to the concert an then go out for drinks. Make it a night.
And, I'm gonna share the stage with a wonderful bunch of artists. I'll see you there. When you're in the audience at these things, it's pretty cool. You can look around and see many of the same faces you see on "The Hill" in Central Park all summer. (Maybe even a secret crush or two!)

Okay.
Here it is.
U.S. Vice President-elect Joe Biden visited the incumbent Dick Cheney's residence in Washington yesterday. Biden and his wife Jill arrived at their future home at Naval Observatory and were greeted by Cheney and his wife Lynne. After the visit, a spokeswoman for Cheney said a statement that the meeting lasted 50 minutes and that "it was a good visit."
Of course there was friction.
The future vice president has been a regular and fervent critic of Cheney, calling him "the most dangerous vice president probably in American history".
And at one point during the visit, Senator Biden had to explain to Mr. Cheney why the torture chamber he had installed was a bad idea and that it had to go.
(Click on the image for a larger version.)

"Yeah, yeah... y'see? This is a problem, Dick."
.
.
Biden will assume the office of vice president in January 2009.
.
.
Okay, I'm outta here.
Gonna head out to Brooklyn to run a few songs with Mr. George Wurzbach for the concert in December. Check back in tomorrow, okay?
Thanks for everything.
