(We'll get into it all a little further down the page!)
Hey listen, once again... welcome to everyone across the country and on different parts of the world. And, thanks to every single one of you here in New York City and elsewhere who's ever spent even one afternoon hangin' out with me in Central Park. I'm the luckiest man alive!
Got a couple of cool things for you here today. There's a fun new video somebody sent in a little further down the page. Got some more news about the tickets for the upcoming "Something-th Annual Year End Concert"! Some people emailed and said they were having a hard time getting the seats in the orchestra that they wanted. I'm pretty sure that's all fixed now. If you have any questions, call the box office directly, okay?
And, I'd like to start you off with today's brand new Photoshop image. Go ahead, copy it and pass it around. But, if you send it to any of your friends and family in Pennsylvania, Ohio or Florida.... make SURE you tell them they hafta get out and vote. (I ain't worried about New York.)
Help these two ride of into the sunset.
OKAY!!!!
The Concert!
This year the concert... the one where we kick the year in the ass as it heads out the door, is gonna be on Saturday Night, December 13th. So far... George Wurzbach has said he's up for a return to share the stage with me again. Of course, singers David Marcus and Janet Kirker are gonna be there. We're gonna have a blast like we do every year. Sid Bernstein, the man who brought The Beatles to America will be in the audience again. Who knows what the hell's gonna go on. But, it's gonna be great.
Before the end of the week I'll have an update on the availability of tickets. I think they started selling right out of the blocks, but the gig is still about 6 weeks away so you have some time to call a few friends and make some plans.

Okay... here's that video I was talkin' about.
Kinda fun.
Ona more serious note...
What the fuck are we coming to when we can look at our national politics, first elect an idiot-son, frat-boy like George W. Bush, then turn on the television and hear the likes of this dim bulb, poor Joe Wurzelbacher, spouting inane nonsense regarding political issues about which he knows nothing... and... and... oh, don't even get me started about the national insult that IS Sarah Palin!?
Please pay attention and VOTE.... dammit.
Okay, I'll be back tomorrow.
This is gonna be a fun week around here. And like I said, I'll try to get you an update about how the tickets are selling for the concert in December.
Thanks for everything.
All outdoor events are weather permitting! Stop by the website before you go if it is questionable.

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer. - Dean
