No music in Central Park today.

Look... it'll be cool. Do something else really fun today. Be spontaneous. Do something you hadn't planned on doing. I'll be back really soon with another update, okay?

Maybe... maybe we'll be able to hang out together in the park tomorrow. I'll let you know. My buddy Sid Bernstein said he'd make a few phone calls and see if we can get the okay at the last minute. (But, I'm not at all confident that's gonna happen. We'll see.)

Listen I know there are people reading this all over New York City, all across the country and in different parts of the the world. and, if you're visiting New York and were planning on coming out to "The Hill"... again... I'm sorry.

Yeah, it's a beautiful day. But, I was denied the Special Events permit I applied for today. I honestly don't know the reason. You'd hafta ask the people in the permit office at the Parks Department.

Hey... if you were down on Pier 45 last night in Hudson River Park for the "Sunset on the Hudson" concert series, thanks so much for hangin' with me. There weren't that many of us last night but I had another great time. It was windy... down there on the river. But it was a kick.
