Decided this morning I've GOTTA write a new song about that silly, cartoon-ishly hypocritical, shallow-minded... no, I guess "silly" is the best word to describe this blowhard... Sean Hannity.

I mean... Ha! I took the time to write a song about Bill O'Reilly! I can't let this silly little man, Hannity, off the hook.

I'll explain why here at the website very soon.

OH! But that's NOT the idea I was talkin' about in yesterday's update. Check back for that, too. It's gonna be fun. I'm talkin' to my friend and colleague Christine Lavin about it today!

Okay... back to talkin' about things that are Good. Back to the music!

Got a really great string of gigs comin' up.

Tonight, I'm playing a gig over at H.I. New York Performance Hall. (Sorry. That one isn't open to the general public.)

BUT... then tomorrow night I'm gonna be back down on Pier 45 in Hudson River Park for one of the last installments of the "Sunset on the Hudson" concert series. (Hmmmmm. If you guys feel like it, maybe I'll talk to Ian Kaley of HRPT ro see if they wanna extend the series into September this year.)

THEN...

On Saturday, I'm back doing what I do at "The Hill" in Central Park.

Y'know, every afternoon I spend out there is typically amazing in some way. But, I already have a feeling that this Saturday is gonna be something special. Maybe it's because after having the Special Events Permit denied last weekend, and being rained out the weekend before that.... Man! I'm really looking forward to hangin' out with you guys.

THEN... for all of you guys waaaaayyy out east on Long Island, I'm gonna be roadtrippin' this Monday night to play a gig out at The Stephen Talkhouse. (I've never played that venue before. But, it's a great music hall.)
