Well, we got cut short in Central Park yesterday!

Started out as a typically beautiful day, sharing music and laughs.

But, then the storms clouds moved in... fast! I mean... yeah... WE GOT SOOOOO RAINED ON!!!

(It was actually kinda fun! Cool how so many people ran down to cover my equipment with umbrellas and blankets and stuff as I packed up and we all ran for the trees. Now, next week is the Fourth of July Weekend, and traditionally... it's become Hot Dog Day out there on "The Hill". We'll hope the weather cooperates for that one in 7 days.

But, yesterday did turn into a VERY short day. I didn't really get a chance to tell you guys about the First Annual UPPER WEST MUSIC FEST which is coming up next month. (It'll be a backyard picnic and music festival.)

The date is set:

Saturday afternoon, July 19th (12:00 - 5:00)

SO, KEEP CHECKING BACK HERE... maybe as soon as tomorrow, the tickets will go on sale!!!

Yeah, I'm hoping the tickets will go on sale tomorrow. (Monday)

Okay... but the music lineup isn't set and I don't have a way for you to reserve tickets just yet. But, that's all coming. I'll tell you guys more about it tomorrow and all next week here at the website.

It's gonna be cool. So far... I think we'll have at least 2 of my favorites who I've introduced to you guys at different events and venues. The amazing KARLUS TRAPP and the beautiful and talented young singer/songwriter CASSANDRA KUBINSKI.

And, I'm thinking we're gonna be joined by a couple of fine artists I was just introduced to... 2 people who have real 60s vibe goin' on... Rick & Ivy of the group "The Gripweeds".

You'll be able to bring a picnic blanket, food, cold drinks... hang out and listen to a lineup of wonderful, really fun artists all afternoon. (Bring a bunch of friends and bring a little something extra to share with your fellow music lovers. Or, if you want... come by yourself and make new friends.
