Welcome to everyone who's reading this across the country and in different parts of the world. I'm really glad you showed up here today... and every day.
Today is a SUPER UPDATE! (Just means there's a lotta stuff here today!)
First, to all of you here in New York City, I gotta say... it's lookin' like we're gonna have an amazing day weather-wise for hangin' out together in Central Park tomorrow afternoon! I really hope I see all of you who are here in town out there! (Yes... I've got the permits in my hand!)

So, let's head out there and hang out together!
And, for the south of 14th Street crowd... yeah. TONIGHT! (Friday)
Okay, The Weather Channel is calling for those "popcorn" thunderstorms tonight. But, I'm thinking they're mostly gonna miss us. So, I'll be on the pier at the end of Christopher Street (Pier 45) for the "Sunset on the Hudson" concert series. (7:00 - 9:00)
We'll play the Sun down.

Y'know, I say his all the time... if somebody described to me what I do out there in Central Park, I probably wouldn't go.
But, something really cool happens every week. The people are great. The feeling is extraordinary. And... y'never know who might show up.

What can I say! He digs my song "Keep Hope Alive"!
Hope I see you guys tonight or tomorrow. I mean, as a "possibility-junkie" I'm always looking forward to the possibility of tomorrow. And hopefully, I've learned something from the experience of yesterday that remains in my mind and in my heart. It's all cool.
Oh, by the way... YEAH. I promised I'd mention this to all of you.
My good friend and colleague, Christine Lavin, is gonna be heading to Central Park for a very different reason on Sunday and I think I'm just gonna show up, too! She's been asked to be a part of a "Bake Sale for Obama" as part of the "Hungry for Change" idea. (I'll let you know more about that after I speak with the guy who's organizing it. But, right now I think it's gonna be on Sunday, near The Delacorte Theater around 10 or 11 am.)

Damn! This guy shows up to sing with everybody!
Um... oh yeah. You guys who are regulars around here know that I am a "possibility-junkie".
Well, I have another idea that might become a really cool NYC experience if everyone is up for it and will support it.
'm thinking about putting together an outdoor music festival/picnicright here on the Upper West Side of Manhattan sometime in July.
Is that something you guys would be up for?
I mean, I'd see if I could put together a lineup of wonderful singer/songwriters and make it a day-long party on the back property of the H.I. New York Performance Hall.

So many of you have already come to the indoor concerts in the new music hall. But, can you imagine a "picnic on the block-long, back lawn on a beautiful Saturday afternoon or Sunday afternoon?

I'm thinking... music on the block-long back yard lawn. A bunch of musicians who wanna show up and jam. A chance for all of you to actually meet some of the same people you hang out with all summer. A real weekend party with great live music.
Y'think?
If you guys tell me you'd be up for it and could bring friends, then I'll start setting it up! I'm thinkin' you could bring come of your own picnic if you want. Maybe even... everyone could cook up or bring a little somethin' extra to share with the people around you. Might be really cool
Sound good?
OKAY!!!
NOW... here's a little repeat of that gallery I ran a few weeks ago. This is just a random mish-mosh of a bunch of ridiculous things that have been posted here in the past. Let me know if you dig this kinda thing and I'll do more of it. (I'm gonna be making more songs available as FREE downloads as well.)
