Okay, once again I just wanna say "THANK YOU" to every single person who showed up at H.I. New York Performance Hall for the concert last Saturday night! What a great time we had!

I know. I know. There are people reading this in different parts of the country and different parts of the world... and I love hearing from all of you. I really do.

Here in New York City.... DAMN! It's hot! I was up at Yankees Stadium yesterday with "David Yankee" from "The Hill", and I think 2,073 out of the 50,000+ people actually melted to their seats.

But, I understand the weather is gonna break and I'm thinkin' we're gonna have a beautiful afternoon for hanging out at ":The Hill" in Central Park this coming Saturday. (I am sooooo lookin' forward to it.)

I mean, I love playing indoor concert venues. Y'know? It's a different kinda energy all together and it's wonderful. But, I'm really looking forward to hangin' out and doing what I've been doing in Central Park for the past 17 years.

Hey!

This year, music is gonna have a special place once again in not only RE-flecting the world around us.... but also AF-fecting the world around us.

I wanna give you guys a couple of free downloads again today to start setting the energy for the rest of this season. I can honestly say.... I'm more excited than ever to be a "possibility-junkie".

We've all got work to do.

(Click on the links and they're yours, okay?)

Crazy on the Same Day (re-mastered) - Tom Cruise Scares Me (A recent version)

JesusLand - Bill O'Reilly: The Legend of the Big Giant Head

And, another new one. (This one is still an unfinished work-in-progress)

Besides writing songs and giving you guys some free downloads here at the site, I wanna also make it a little bit easier for you guys to "pay attention". (Everybody's lives are so busy!) So, I wanna do something a little different this summer.

And that includes this!!!

I'm gonna see if I can start posting some things that you might be interested in seeing. (PLEASE take a few minutes each day to pay attention, okay?) I'm also looking forward to receiving your email-reactions to this kinda thing. I'll post some of your replies and comments here at the site like we did in the early days of thatguitarman.com

Y'see... I say this all the time. I work out of my home. I update this website from here. I write songs at home. I produce concerts and events from here. but, that means I get to watch a lot of CSPAN. Y'know? That way... I'm a lucky man. I get to see what's really going on without relying on the silly, silly circus that network and cable news has become.

Here's a video of Senator Sheldon Whitehouse. (I'm becoming so impressed with this man.)

Then... let me know what you think and how you feel.

Cool?

I'll see you guys in the park this Saturday!

Thanks for everything.

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
- Dean
