Yes! Yes!

I know! You showed up here today because the weather is outrageously beautiful today here in New York City! And, you wanna know if I'm gonna be out at "The Hill" in Central Park like I have been every beautiful afternoon for the past 17 years.

Well... no.

Sorry. I'm not heading out there today. (Permits aren't here yet.)

BUT! I'll tell you all about it and fill you in with what's going on and what's gonna be happening out in Central Park this summer at a great gig this coming Thursday night!!! But first, before I tell you about that...

Y'know, with all the fuss made over the Pope's visit to New York... Yankees Stadium, Park East Synagogue, Zabar's...

(Zabar's?)

Anyway, I can tell you now. I got a call from some people over at the Vatican a few weeks ago. Turns out the Pontiff has been checking out this website for years, and has always dreamed about singing "Crazy on the Same Day" with me. So, I had to oblige.(It was actually hush-hush for security reasons.) So, yesterday we all headed out to "The Hill" for a quick make-believe session. (He was really cute... pretending you guys were all out there cheering for him.) But, y'know... I think he had fun.

He seemed happy. Then it was off to more pointless pomp and silly circumstance.

He suddenly wasn't too happy, though, when he heard a song from my new CD... "The Religion Song". But, what the hell. I'll live with it

OKAY!!!

Today is gonna be near 80 degrees and sunny! So WHY can't we go out to the park and hang together!?

No, I won't be there today. There are a couple of reasons. The first is that I know that the first permit from the Parks Department won't be issued until May 3rd. There are other things going on though. But, I'll fill you in on all of it THIS THURSDAY NIGHT!!! If you have no other plans, jump in on this!!! Reserve a seat now! It's gonna be fun. We'll all get together and kick off the 17th year in Central Park together! (Holy shit! I've played for a ton of people over the years!!!) Seriously... I'll fill you all in on the plan for this summer, okay?

And, we'll have a great time!

We'll have a "Spring Vocal Warm-Up Concert" at H.I. New York Performance Hall.

This one's gonna be something a little special... a little different. It'll be a night where the focus is gonna be on YOU guys. Your singing! The whole program is gonna be about getting your vocal chords and spirit in shape for the summer. We'll pull out a whole bunch of songs that you've sung in the past, and newer songs you will be singing this summer in Central Park for all the people from all across the country and all around the world who join us there!

And, I think we might have a couple of special guests in the audience this Thursday. So, it'll be a good chance for you to show off. and, if you care about what's gonna happen in Central Park this summer, show up with a few friends.

Seriously.

This coming Thursday night at 7:30. (General admission again - doors open at 7:00)

Okay! But tickets for this show are only $15 instead of $20.

Cool! So, this might sell out. (I mean, y'never know!)
