Well, HAPPY PRESIDENT'S DAY!

Y'know, years ago in February here in The States we celebrated the birthdays of 2 great men... George Washington and Abraham Lincoln.

These days, it's called President's Day. (Really a shame that it now seems to include a horse's ass like George W. Bush.)

Still... because of the new title, we get to include some of the most popular American presidents who don't have a day.

.
This president and... um... uh... y'know, this president.

And, of course, a guy who I used to party with back in the day... President Ulysses S. Grant. ("Yools" - "Yoolie" - or "Doctor Yool-little" we all used to call him.) This guy was a guaranteed great time.

Okay... NOW!!!!

Welcome to the website today!

Got two podcasts and a FREE download for you here today. (Further down the page.)

But... HEY!

THE CONCERT is in one week.

Listen, I know a lot of you are reading this in different parts of the country or different parts of the world. But, here in New York City, this'll be something kinda cool to do on a cold February night. Seriously... I have great hopes for this brand new music venue in this historic New York building on Amsterdam Ave. And, guess what? This gig is gonna be the very first of it's kind in that room. And, this building was built around the time that my buddy Ulysses was president!!!

.
H.I. New York Performance Hall - - Amsterdam Ave. @ 103rd Street

SATURDAY NIGHT - 7:30

Every seat just $20 (general admission)

It'll be a great way to break up the winter and kick off a series of musical events we're planning in this venue. Sid Bernstein, the man who brought The Beatles to America, is behind this gig and he'll be there in the audience that night.

So will many of the same faces you see when you're hangin' out with me in Central Park on warm, Saturday afternoons in the summer.

So the gig is NEXT SATURDAY NIGHT! (Feb. 23 at 7:30pm)

You can just show up and pay $20 a the door, or you can reserve your seats right here right now. But, don't get sold outta this one. It's general admission, so the earlier you get there you'll have your choice of seats. The place is only about half sold as of this posting, so you figure out what to do.

Here's the link to reserve seats and get your name put on the list at the door:

Really hope you call a few friends and decide to hang with me for a night of music and laughs. We're gonna have a good time. (If you were at the "Year-End Concert" you know what we're all about. If you missed it, here's your chance.)

Okay, onto the podcasts!

PODCASTS

HERE'S A BRAND NEW EPISODE OF THE ORIGINAL PODCAST:

"I Love the Company" (Show #360)

Just click on the logo, plug in your headphones, jam in your earbuds or turn on your speakers and listen. (You can always subscribe to the show and get it automatically by hitting that itunes button over there.)

SHOW 360

By the Way... the promo code for ILTC listeners to get a 10% discount at GoDaddy.com is "ILTC-1"

Cool?

Here's a FREE download! This song is where we get the title of one of the podcasts. Listen to the lyrics... you'll get it!

WHERE'S THE VOICE

I'll tell you more about the upcoming concert on "I Love the Company" today! And, I've got the phone number for you to call to be a part of all this... right here:

646-224-8162

Use this number to chime in and leave a message for either podcast, a comment, a request, an opinion, or just say "Hey" and let me know where in the country or the world your listening.

But, first...

Here it is... the brand new installment of the more politically-minded and socially conscious podcast, "Where's the Voice".

One the previous show (Episode #28) I asked a genuine question. I didn't voice an opinion... just offered a few thoughts to support a genuine question. WHAT I OPENED UP... what I'm learning is not what I expected. And I wanna hear from you. (Might be just a little controversial.) I'm encouraging YOU to do some research... look around for information. But, not the made-for-TV movie kind and not the propaganda FOX News kind of information. Really take a look, find out what you can, and then make an "informed guess" or form an honest opinion, knowing none of us ever has the complete story.

Really want you to call the show and have some fun! I wanna know how you feel about this topic!

Anyway, just click on the logo, plug in your headphones, jam in your earbuds or turn on your speakers and listen. (You can always subscribe to the show and get it automatically by hitting that itunes button over there.)

WTV-029

Okay, before I leave you today... I'm gonna ask you one more time to call with absolutely anything you wanna say.

646-224-8162

Thanks for everything.

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
