Welcome to the website.

Today, I'm getting together with Dodger and George W.

(No. No. Not that criminal dumbass! I'm rehearsing with Dodger and George Wurzbach!)

We're gonna start kicking around some songs we might wanna play at "The something-th Annual Year End Concert" one week from tomorrow night. I'm hoping to see all the same faces I see on warm afternoons in Central Park!

There are still tickets left! And, this gig is general admission so all the seats are great! But, I gotta tell you as of this past Thursday, there were...

tickets left for sale.

So get on the phone and call a few friends, or plan to come by yourself and make a few new friends. But, get your tickets as soon as you can. You can get them online right now...

But, you can call the box office directly tomorrow and all week:

646-505-5708

Now, if by some chance, you call and they tell you that the show is "sold-out", just go to my website right away and email me through the contact button. I might be able to work something out where we can arrange for more special seating. (We did that one year at Merkin Concert Hall.)

There isn't a bad seat in this venue! And, this upcoming show is general admission so even if you're getting tickets now, your seats will depend on how early you show up that night, anyway!

This year's venue (JCC)

One guy I know is gonna be a in the audience is author Ed Grimm. Yesterday I had coffee with Ed and his wife, Flavia, and they gave me a signed copy of his new book, "The Splendid Sliver: Riverside Park". (Yeah, remember when we were doing those away-game-Sunday-afternoon-concerts at "The Story-tellers Hill" over there a few years back? Well, Mr. Grimm put me in his book. Kinda cool.)

Y'know, I bet it makes a cool, uniquely-New York Christmas gift... and easy to wrap, hah?

Now, it's...

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
