Oh man!

What a day we had out in Central Park yesterday! If you were out there with me... Thank You! And, check back really soon. YOU'RE ALL GONNA BE IN THE VIDEOS I POST HERE THIS WEEK!!!

Yeah, I did it again.

It was "Hot Dog Day". (I always love seein' the faces of people, especially the tourists, who are never quite sure what to make of a street musician feeding them! ) Then, my good friend and colleague, the wonderful Christine Lavin stopped by to do a couple of songs. But, we got... well we got a whole lot more than just music. (She's a blast!)

For those of you in different parts of the country and around the world who couldn't be here in New York City with us, I'm hopin' to have some video up all this week for everyone to check out.

AND... I'll be back in a little while with a more complete update.

There truly are NO words to describe what a great, f*ckin' time we had out there yesterday.

In the meantime... here's the latest installment of "I Love the Company". (#315) I'm playin' some of your phone calls, a few songs that we might take a run at this weekend, and a couple of tracks that were recommended by you... the listeners. Just click on this logo, plug in your headphones, jam in your earbuds or turn on your speakers and listen.(You can always subscribe to the show and get it automatically by hitting that itunes button over there.)

SHOW 315

Okay... I'm gonna keep it short today. I'll be back on Monday and every day next week with a new ILTC. And the newest episode of the more politically-minded and socially-conscious podcast "Where's the Voice" is almost in the can. So, that'll be here soon, too. Check back.

I gotta get to work on the new podcasts for this week and a whole bunch of video for you guys to check out.

Especially if you were in the park with me!

Cool?

Thanks for everything.

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
- Dean
