Y'know what?

I've been playing a lot of male, independent singer/songwriters on the podcast, "I Love the Company". Today, I'm gonna do "Ladies Day - part I". (It's part one because there are so many great, great female artists that I've played regularly on the show that it'll take a few shows to cover them all. AND, I keep discovering new ones.) And, I'll play a few of YOUR phone calls in this episode as well.

But, first... y'know, Sid Bernstein was out in the park with us again last Saturday. Senator Bill Bradley swung by. And we had a special guest artist. So, there's an additional video from last weekend in Central Park.

Okay, before the video let's get right to today's "I Love the Company" - #317

It's all about the women. Just click on this logo, plug in your headphones, jam in your earbuds or turn on your speakers and listen.(You can always subscribe to the show and get it automatically by hitting that itunes button over there.)

SHOW 317

Musical guests on today's show: Danlielle Miraglia, Cassie Kubinski and Laura Clapp. (Click on their photos to visit their websites, find out more about them, where they're playing, and how to get their music.)

. .

Okay - VIDEO TIME

Folk singer/songwriter Christine Lavin came out to join us and the crowd loved her. She's got a new album out and I've heard it. (In fact.... I'm ON it a little.) And, she did her own version of my tune "Tom Cruise Scares Me". (I'm completely honored and embarrassed at the same time!)

Click on this image to catch a little of Christine's appearance at "The Hill".

Y'know what?

Here are a couple of other videos from this past Saturday out in Central Park.

First up... a whole bunch of people just sayin' "Hey" to their friends and family across the country and around the world. THEN... that wedding couple from the UK who just happened upon us last Saturday.

Click on these images to watch 'em.

.

MAYBE YOU'LL SPOT YOURSELF IN THE CROWD. (If you do, point all your friends all around the world at this site and ask them to jump in at "I Love the Company".)

They can even call the show and say "Hey" to both you and me!

So... PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL ME!

Leave a comment for any of the podcasts. Make a request. Just call to say "Hey" and let me know where in the world you are. Whatever the reason.... you're phone calls are the fuel in my tank.

Gotta run. But, before I go...

IT'S FINALLY HERE!

I was gonna launch it on tomorrow's update. But, if you read down this far, you get it first. The new episode of "Where's the Voice". (Click on this logo.)

WTV- 012

Got MORE video to edit! Gotta get to work on tomorrow's ILTC and another all-new installment of the more political and socially-conscious podcast "Where's the Voice" to follow right up on this show!. (Hit the Archive button to check out previous episodes of both "Where's the Voice" and ILTC.

Thanks for showin' up today.

Thanks for everything.

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
