Hey, a little bit later I'm hoping to have the new installment of "Where's the Voice" for you to listen to and comment on. I hafta tell you, I'm easing up on the podcasts a little bit because I've two new songs and another project in the works. But, there's too much going on to let another week go by with out a new WTV!

Closer to home!!!!

I can tell you this little piece of good news in case you missed it yesterday!

We will be singin' in Central Park this Saturday afternoon!

But, here's the thing. Please be patient this weekend (As you always are) when I stop the music for whatever wedding ceremonies are taking place out on Hernshead behind me.

Cool?

So yeah. WE WILL BE SINGIN' IN CENTRAL PARK ON SATURDAY.

But, y'know what?

I'm serious.

If you are one of those people who shot off an email of complaint, or an angry email, or even made a phone call to someone in an office someplace.... do the cool thing today, okay?

Send a follow-up message saying "Thanks". Claudia Pepe in the Permit Office, Central Park Administrator Doug Blonsky, Commissioner Adrian Benepe... these people all have a tough job keeping everything cool for an awful lotta people.

I know a lot of you are reading this in different parts of the country and different parts of the world. But, if you are in or around NYC this Saturday.... head out to Central Park. Y'never know how long the weather's gonna allow the season to last.

Also... I'll be letting you guys know more about the annual "Year-End Concert" in December. I'll talk about it a little bit in the park and on "The Weekend" Show" of "I Love the Company". Here's the most recent installment. Show # 328

Just click on the logo, plug in your headphones, jam in your earbuds or turn on your speakers and listen.(You can always subscribe to the show and get it automatically by hitting that itunes button over there.)

SHOW 328

NOW you can also check out the most recent installment of "Where's the Voice". I'm playing music and a bunch of YOUR comments and opinions. In fact, you're invited to pick up the phone and call to leave a comment or message for me, and you just might wanna pass the link around to all your friends and have them call the show, too. Y'know... get in the sandbox with the other kids and start kickin' up a little dust!

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
