Here I am again.... on a Sunday morning, just about to start talking back to the television as I listen to politicians spin their bullshit into tapestries that would rival the tapestries of the courts of France!

But, y'know what?

I do it with a heart filled with such hope and gratitude because just the day before, unlike them, I was hangin' out in the middle of the greatest city in th world with people from all over the country and all over the world... sharing music... and smiles... and laughs... and another beautiful afternoon.

If you're new here, keep comin' back. Because all this week, I'd love it if you shared at least a moment with everyone you know across the country and around the world. If you know someone in a different city who can't get to New York this summer, point them at this website today and say "Hi".

If you know someone in a different part of the world... point them at this website and say "Hi". Tell them to stop back every day, and you do the same! It'll be something you can share together. IF YOU live in a different place.... same thing.

IN FACT, I'll be back in a little while with a few videos from yesterday that might help you do that!!!!

All you'll hafta do is click on the images and have fun.

Then, get them to listen to the podcasts and call the show! They can leave a message or a comment from anywhere in the world and I'll play a bunch of them right on the show.

Here... right now you just CLICK ON THIS LOGO to listen to "The Weekend Show" on "I Love the Company" to get an idea of how this all works. (Show #285) Click on this logo, plug in your headphones or turn on your speakers and listen.

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
