It's Monday... and a new week. (Although, at the bottom of the ocean and deep in the deepest rain forest... for them, it's business as usual.)

Funny thing about "time".

Y'know, I wrote it one of my songs on the new album:

Time is an invention
To help us try to make sense of
An endless string of fleeting moments
Filled with mystery and Love
Thought, foolishly, we try to mark eternity...

Okay, okay so we'll call this little spin "Monday". A new week.

I'll start it off by saying thanks again to every single person who showed up at "The Hill" in Central Park on Saturday. Man! What a typically amazing day.

Seriously.

Next, I oughta tell you that there is a brand new episode of "I Love the Company" here today. This show is ALL ABOUT YOUR PHONE CALLS!

Thanks for pickin' up the phone. So, much better than having to read the dozens and dozens of emails that I get. I dig when ILTC is about you guys as much as the music. Several of you called in about that Marie Claire video-cast. I'll play a couple of interesting takes on the whole thing. (If you're new around here... my podcasts are just like little 20 minute online radio shows. Y'know? You DON'T need an ipod. Just click on this logo, plug in your headphones or turn on your speakers and listen.

(You can always subscribe to the show and get it
automatically by hitting that itunes button over there.)

Musical guest on this show: Kathleen Mock (Click on her photo to visit her website, find out more about her, where she's playing, and how to get her music.)

And later this week, I'm gonna bring you another great conversation with Mr. Sid Bernstein. (The man who brought The Beatles to America and who was almost single-handedly responsible for the entire British music invasion in the 60s.)

Sid and I have become very, very dear friends. Never mind the way he's changed music and even world history with his dreaming. He just might be one of the sweetest and most sincere people ever born. I love bring you these little conversations with a man like him.

Later this week there will also be a brand new episode of "Where's the Voice". (The more politically fueled and socially conscious podcast.) So, check back every day, okay?

I'm also gonna try to bring you an interview with one of the great, great independent artist I play often on ILTC.

Okay listen, I'm outta here. Here are the phone numbers to call if you wanna leave a message, or just to let me know where in the world you're checking from, or just to say "Hey".

Anywhere in North America:

646-224-8162

In Europe:

+44 845 280 6622

On ILTC I also asked you guys to check out that little video show from Marie Claire Magazine called THE MASTHEAD and then call one of those numbers to leave any comments about that thing.

If you're new around here, hit the "Archive" button over there and check out some of the previous updates. There you'll find even more links to "The AWESOME Podcast" and the more political and socially-conscious show... "Where's the Voice".

I'll be back here with all-new shows all week.

Thanks so much for showin' up today

Thanks for everything.

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
- Dean
