Man! What a day! (I'm such a lucky man.) Again, a few thousand of the coolest people on the face of the earth hung out with me yesterday! I hope you guys all start showing up here on a regular basis.
And, welcome to the website today. Please try to stop by each day during the week. I update this site nearly every day and there is a daily podcast called "I Love the Company". By the way... YOU DON'T NEED AN IPOD!
A podcast is just like an online radio show. Like I said, I try to do one every day. Sometimes I have a guest-host or a great interview. Sometimes it's mostly new music. Often, I play a bunch of your phone calls and comments. (GRAB ONE OF THOSE PHONE NUMBERS BELOW AND GIVE ME A CALL!) "The Weekend Show" is the episode that's here right now. Just click on this logo, plug in your headphones or turn on your speakers and listen.
(You can always subscribe to the show and get it
automatically by hitting that itunes button over there.)
Musical guest on this show: Alan Bennett. (Click on his photo to visit his website, find out more about him, where he's playing, and how to get his music.)
And... yeah!
Like I said, there's also a new installment of "Where's The Voice" today! (It's the more politically-minded, socially-conscious podcast around here.) It might be a good episode to listen to if you're kinda new around here and wanna catch up with the whole reason I take the time and make the effort do this kinda thing.
And... HERE'S THE SECOND EPISODE OF "THE AWESOME PODCAST", with your hosts, The Lovely Lisa and James Marino.
CLICK ON THE PHOTO TO LISTEN!!!
THEN... I really want you to use one of those phone numbers to call the show and be heard! Make a comment about "I Love the Company" or "Where's the Voice".
If you'd like to call the show and go back and hang with me, get your comments played on the show, let people hear your thoughts and opinions, your feelings... or just say "Hey", here are the numbers. Call right now.
Okay, I gotta get going. I have a full day of doin'... just... just stuff today. (Man! I love Sundays in New York City.)
But, yesterday in the park I was talkin' about the silly videos that are up on YouTube right now. Here are a bunch of links so you can check them out right now. (Click on the image and the following links.)
Okay, for everybody around the country and around the world... thanks for showin' up here at the site. Share it with your friends. Here in New York City, THANKS for hangin' with me!
Thanks for everything.
All outdoor events are weather permitting! Stop by the website before you go if it is questionable.

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer. - Dean
