Yeah, man. I'm heading out there today. Kind of excited to hang with you guys and play a few acoustic versions of some of the tracks from the soon-to-be-released CD... "I Love the Company"
Looks like the weather cooperated. So, yeah... I'll be out there all afternoon.
If you're reading this in a different part of th country or a different part of the world, there is a weekend episode on the podcast of the same name... "I Love the Company".
(Damn! I must really love the company.)
Anyway, check it out by clicking on this logo.
(You can always subscribe to the show and get it
automatically by hitting that itunes button over there.)
Musical guest on this show: Um... ME!.
.
(But I've got the Lovely Lisa sitting in again as my co-host.) I'm debuting the first rough mixes of a couple of new songs from the new CD and I'm playing a bunch of your phone calls.
Gimme a shout and let me know what you think about the music. Actually, I love it when you're all a part of the show.... every show. So, call for any reason. Leave a message or a comment, or raise a subject you like to talk about, or make a musical request.... or just say "Hey".

AGAIN... there are TWO podcasts here today. The second is the spin-off from the Weekly Wake up Call called "Where's the Voice".
"The Whole World is Watching!!!"
Well, maybe not.
Listening?
Nah.
But, there is a new edition of the new spin-off podcast "Where's the Voice" this week. (Just click on this link to give it a listen. Then, you can call the same phone numbers as the ILTC phone lines to leave a comment or opinion.) On "Where's the Voice" today the subject is.... "Religion".
(Um.... I'm not a fan.)
If you're new around here and you feel like having a few laughs... catch up and check out some of these dumb YouTube videos that have been making the rounds. Just click on this image to watch the video.
Okay, for everybody around the country and around the world... gonna try to get you a new podcast everyday next week. Here in New York City, I'll see you in the park today!
Thanks for everything.
All outdoor events are weather permitting! Stop by the website before you go if it is questionable.

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer. - Dean
