Thanks for showin' up last night.

The SGA Songwriter's Circle was a little bit weird for me last night. The man who's hosted the thing every night since I started sitting in a few years ago wasn't there last night. George Wurzbach was workin' on a film project. But, Skip Brevis jumped in and we all had a blast anyway. I got to run a few new songs from my upcoming CD in front of a very cool live audience, and got to share the stage and hear some new, young artists. I'll play several of their tracks on upcoming podcasts if they get them to me.

Y'know... I can't wait for my new album to be available for all of you guys. July 4th I think.

This weekend, I'll probably run a few of the newer songs past the crowd in Central Park, too.

Hey... I'm gonna be right back with an all-new episode of "I Love the Company". In the meantime, you can listen to yesterday's show and then pick up the phone and gimme a call if you feel like it.

Yeah... make today the day you call the show and leave a comment.

Here's show #273. Just click on this logo, plug in your headphones or turn on your speakers and listen.

(You can always subscribe to the show and get it
automatically by hitting that itunes button over there.)

And here are the phone numbers...

Anywhere in North America:

646-224-8162

In Europe:

+44 845 280 6622

For links to the artists on episode 273, just hit the "Archive" button over there and check out yesterday's update.

If you're new around here, you might wanna check out the most recent installment of "Where's The Voice" today! (It's the more politically-minded, socially-conscious podcast around here.) It might be a good episode to listen to if you're kinda new around here and wanna catch up with the whole reason I take the time and make the effort do this kinda thing.

So... here it is.

Where's the Voice - 004

And... HERE'S THE SECOND EPISODE OF "THE AWESOME PODCAST", with your hosts, The Lovely Lisa and James Marino.

THEN... I really want you to use one of those phone numbers to call the show and be heard! Make a comment about "I Love the Company" or "Where's the Voice".

Check back really soon for another kickin' ILTC. Also, keep your eyes open for the next "Where's the Voice". I think it's time we did an entire show dedicated to that hypocritical lightweight... BILL O'REILLY!

CLICK ON THIS LINK TO CEHCK OUT THE SONG I WROTE ABOUT BILL-O AND THE VIDEO THAT'S MAKIN' IT'S WAY AROUND YOUTUBE!

BILL O'REILLY: THE LEGEND OF THE BIG GIANT HEAD

OKAY... see you back here in a little while.

Thanks again.

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
