I know there are lots of regulars reading this in different parts of the country and around the world. But, If you're new here... um... there is a Speical Edition of "I Love the Company" today. Also gonna give you guys another taste of the new hit...

Y'see, I'm a lucky lucky man to be a completely Independent artist. No record labels. No agent. No... well... you guys know me. I am "That Guitar Man from Central Park".

And politically and philosophically I am completely independent as well. (I'm actually a registered Independent my whole life... not a Democrat, not a Republican, a Green, a Blue, a Red or anything else.

So, when a good friend of mine... a fellow artist who I respect and admire named Christine Lavin sent me a brand new song she said was inspired by one of my favorite writers (Bob Herbert) ...that kinda got me thinkin'. I decided to do a Special Edition of "I Love the Company" right away. Y'see, I haven't done a "Weekly Wake Up Call" in a while because the new spin-off podcast "Where's the Voice" is on the way.
