Thanks for showing up today. This is NOT the usual fare on "I Love the Company" today. (If you're a regular listener you'll know what I mean. But... it's better than faking it.) Got The Lovely Lisa on the show again today.
You know this site and ILTC are always all about music, and songwriting, and Life, and Love, and a few laughs.
But, there's a brand new installment of "I Love the Company" here today. And, today the subject is... um...
...I'm sooo pissed off and disillusioned today. And, my hands are in the air.
It's cool. I'll start to feel better soon. I always do. Being "That Guitar Man from Central Park" is a big, big part of that. I love my life. I love writing songs and singin' them for people. I love laughing. I love singin' in Central Park.
But for today, I'm warning you. I'm lettin' it rip! And, I'd reeeeeallly like to hear from you, wherever you are. Go ahead and click on this logo to listen to the show. It's show #264.
(You can always subscribe to the show and get it
automatically by hitting that itunes button over there.)
Musical guest on this show: Jay Mankita. (Click on his photo to visit his websites, find out more about him, where he's playing, and how to get his music.)
Then like I said, call one of these numbers if you have anything to say. (Maybe I'll play your comments right on the show!) Here are the numbers again if you want to leave a comment, a message, an opinion... or just to blow off some steam.

"The Whole World is Watching!!!"
Well, maybe not.
Listening?
Nah.
But, there is a new edition of the new spin-off podcast "Where's the Voice" this week. (Just click on this link to give it a listen. Then, you can call the same phone numbers as the ILTC phone lines to leave a comment or opinion.)
If you're new around here and you feel like having a few laughs... catch up and check out some of these dumb YouTube videos that have been making the rounds. Just click on this image to watch the video.
Okay, for everybody around the country and around the world... gonna try to get you a new podcast everyday this week. Here in New York City, I'll see you in the park next Saturday!
Thanks for everything.
All outdoor events are weather permitting! Stop by the website before you go if it is questionable.

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer. - Dean
